Salary: £35,270 - £39,542 assuming good attendance and up to 4 sleep-ins per month

As a shift leader, you will support the staff team, ensure smooth operations, and potentially deputise for the Team Leaders. Building relationships with young people through compassion, resilience, and leadership is essential.
