Our homes support young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs, aiming for the best outcomes. Shift leaders are motivated by making positive changes, celebrating small successes.
You will care for young people daily, ensure smooth operations, and support the staff team. As a shift leader, you will also deputise for the Team Leaders, build relationships with young people, demonstrate compassion, resilience, and leadership.
