Staffing Match has exciting opportunities for picker packers working for our client based in Bury St. Edmunds in a clean, modern, and spacious distribution centre. This role would suit individuals who want to progress in their careers, upskill, learn new challenges, and become part of the team.

The job involves picking and packing vital medical items, operating LLOP / MHE (full training provided), and working within other areas of the warehouse.

Experience is not necessary as training is provided, but a willingness to learn, work as a team, and passion for the NHS are advantageous. English language skills are required to read orders and understand health & safety protocols.

Shifts Are As Follows

1. Rotating weeks, Monday to Friday, 06:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00, £14.27
2. Night shift, Sunday to Thursday, 22:00 - 06:00, £16.42

Overtime rate: £18.95 - £25.26.

Please note: This role is full-time and requires commuting to the site as there is no public transport. Only apply if you are seeking a long-term position with opportunities for progression within the company. This is a temp-to-perm role for the right candidate.

The site features a large canteen, car park, and hosts regular engagement days, including BBQs and charity events for the East of England Children's Hospice.
