Job Description

Staffing Match has exciting opportunities for picker packers working in a clean, modern, and spacious distribution centre. This role is ideal for individuals seeking to progress their careers, upskill, and take on new challenges as part of a team.

As part of the NHS Supply Chain, you will play a crucial role in supporting healthcare by ensuring that millions of NHS patients receive the products they need promptly. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Picking and packing vital medical items
2. Operating LLOP / MHE (full training provided)
3. Working in various warehouse areas

No prior experience is necessary as training will be provided. A willingness to learn, teamwork, and passion for the NHS are advantageous. English proficiency is required for reading orders and understanding health & safety guidelines.

Shift Details

• Rotating Weeks: Monday to Friday, 06:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00 (£14.27/hour)
• Night Shift: Sunday to Thursday, 22:00 - 06:00 (£16.42/hour)

Overtime rate: £18.95 - £25.26

Note: This is a full-time role. Due to location, personal transport is required as public transport is unavailable. This position offers long-term employment with opportunities for progression. Temp-to-perm for the right candidate.
