Job Description:

Do you have experience in people management, proactively identify and implement change, and analytical thinking? We’re looking for a Continuous Improvement Partner to join our team.

You’ll identify and manage delivery of key improvement activities for AXA Retail, leading to greater operational efficiency and improved customer journeys. Your focus will be on motor claims initiatives, along with operational and complaints initiatives as needed.

At AXA, we promote flexible working, empowering our employees to balance home and office work based on what suits them, their team, and our customers. You’ll work at least 40% remotely, transitioning to mostly remote work from September 2025. 'Away from home' means attendance at an office location.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Collaborate with Claims Leadership to scope, plan, and deliver improvements aligned with strategic goals.
  • Identify improvement opportunities ensuring sustained, measurable business benefits.
  • Lead squads including Continuous Improvement (CI) Specialists to implement changes. Set standards, objectives, and plan activities to meet milestones.
  • Monitor relevant KPIs to measure capacity, quality, and financial savings.
  • Provide data-driven insights and regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Partner with business change teams to ensure alignment of changes.
  • Maintain design standards as the gatekeeper.
  • Coach and support colleagues and CI team specialists, sharing best practices.

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in people management – essential.
  • Experience driving performance improvements through others – essential.
  • Lean, DMAIC, or systems thinking expertise – preferred, but not essential.
  • Project management, risk mitigation skills.
  • Data analysis and planning expertise.
  • Methodical approach.
  • Change management experience.
