We are seeking an exceptional Associate Director Quantity Surveyor/Employers Agent to join our Property team in Stockton-on-Tees. The role involves managing a broad portfolio of private and public sector clients, delivering high-quality services, and working on projects from feasibility to construction.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Leading and managing cost consultancy and employers agent services
• Developing and maintaining client relationships
• Preparing estimates, tender and contract documentation
• Managing project risks and reporting to stakeholders
• Supporting business development activities

Qualifications and Skills:

• Relevant construction qualification and professional membership or working towards it
• Full driving license (desirable)
• Experience in property-related cost management and commercial construction
