As a Senior Quality Assurance and Improvement Officer, you will contribute by working on cases that focus on resolving issues for residents and supporting the organization to learn and improve through effective quality assurance and training. You will be part of a team that encourages resident feedback, responds promptly to concerns, and uses learning from complaints to enhance service delivery, working with colleagues and senior managers to identify trends and foster a culture of excellence. Your role involves managing multiple cases with varying complexities, emphasizing good time management, prioritization, and confident communication. There will be opportunities to introduce new ideas for continuous improvement. Please refer to the Job Description for more information.
You should have a solid reputation in the sector, with strong communication and engagement skills with residents and colleagues. A passion for community impact, relationship-building, and pride in societal contributions are essential.
