Your role at Bath ASU

You will be responsible for ensuring customer orders are delivered on time and in full. Your role will ensure the production team, including wider team allies, are organised and led effectively to complete the daily schedule. You will be accountable for leading your team to exceed customer expectations, ensuring that there is a constant focus on Quality and an adherence to GMP.

You will ensure that you have a team of high performers and will support this through feedback and coaching, monitoring the team’s overall performance using KPI’s and scorecards.

Using KPI metrics and data to support decision making, you will ensure that you and your team achieve the standards and performance which are expected by the business, customers and regulators. You will lead your team to report and contribute to continuous improvement, with a focus on the Pharmaxo Values, ‘Can it be better’ and ‘Is there more to learn’.

• Annual salary: starting from £43,600
• Annual leave of 25 days + bank holidays (increasing to 27 days after 3 years’ service)
• Annual company bonus scheme (subject to scheme eligibility)
• Pension - you will be auto-enrolled after 3 months of employment at 5% (with an employer contribution of 4%). You can also opt to increase your contribution to 6% to which the employer will contribute 8%.
