Your role at Bath ASU

You will be responsible for ensuring customer orders are delivered on time and in full. Your role will involve organizing and leading the production team, including wider team allies, to complete the daily schedule. You will be accountable for leading your team to exceed customer expectations, maintaining a constant focus on Quality and GMP adherence.

You will ensure a high-performing team through feedback and coaching, monitoring performance using KPIs and scorecards. Using data and KPI metrics, you will support decision-making to achieve business, customer, and regulatory standards. You will lead your team to report and contribute to continuous improvement, aligned with Pharmaxo Values: ‘Can it be better’ and ‘Is there more to learn’.

• Starting salary from £43,600 per annum, depending on experience
