A leading company is seeking a Project Engineer to manage and deliver projects on Thames Water buildings. This role involves overseeing a portfolio of projects, ensuring compliance, and maintaining high standards in health and safety. You will work within a collaborative team, balancing work-life while contributing to sustainable projects across the Thames Valley and London Region.
As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and delivering projects on Thames Water buildings. This includes structural projects (Lifecycle) and facilities for staff (Welfare), across a range of buildings, including Listed and operationally critical ones.
You will oversee a portfolio of projects ranging from approximately £30,000 to £2 million, from initial scoping to completion, including reporting and handover. This role offers a better work-life balance and involves working with a collaborative team, with travel across Thames Valley and/or London Region.
Note: A driving license is required as a car allowance is provided.
Location: Based at Newbury or Swindon, with travel to project sites.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week.
