What you’ll be doing

  • Support the development of the business development strategy by identifying target segments and aligning BT’s offerings to meet their needs.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor strategies to inform the strategy.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, support customers from needs assessment to service delivery, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the account management team to understand client landscapes, pain points, and engagement gaps.
