Note: Your base contractual location will be Manchester, covering the northwest region.

This strategy aims to improve efficiency and effectiveness of public services, address inequalities, empower communities, and foster economic growth and resilience in underserved areas.

The Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving sales within the established Health strategy, co-creating strategies for Local Government, Education, and Housing, and driving regional sales efforts.

What you’ll be doing
  • Developing the business development strategy, identifying target segments, and aligning BT’s technology offerings to meet their needs.
  • Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor strategies, and leveraging insights to inform strategy.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, supporting customers from needs identification through service delivery to ensure satisfaction.
  • Managing relationships with the account management team to understand client landscapes, pain points, and engagement opportunities.
