Key Responsibilities

1. Preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports
2. Leading the month-end close process
3. Financial analysis and budgeting
4. Audit preparation and liaising with external auditors
5. Overseeing payroll processing

7. Providing financial insights for strategic decision-making

Key Requirements

1. Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
2. Previous experience as a Finance Manager or similar role
3. Strong technical accounting knowledge with a hands-on approach
4. Experience in financial reporting, audit preparation, and payroll management
5. Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
