POSITION: Delivery & Process Improvement Analyst

LOCATION: Hybrid – Mix of remote & office in Aldwych, Central London

TYPE: Full-Time

SALARY: £45,000 + Up to 20% Annual Bonus

REPORTS TO: Chief Product Officer (CPO)

Our delivery process transforms complex web data into clear, actionable reports for clients thriving in e-commerce. With a passion for accuracy, speed, and creative problem-solving, we’re looking for a talented individual to elevate our processes and help us scale new heights!

THE ROLE: WHERE IMPACT MEETS OPPORTUNITY

This is a hybrid role blending hands-on data delivery with process improvement leadership. You’ll:

  • Drive our delivery pipeline: Scrape websites, using our in-house tools, and create impactful client deliverables with insightful executive summaries.
  • Spot opportunities: Identify bottlenecks or scalability challenges in our workflows.
  • Collaborate for success: Work closely with developers and product teams to refine processes and achieve ambitious goals.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead with ownership: Manage the end-to-end delivery of e-commerce intelligence reports.
  • Transform data: Scrape websites and process data using efficient, executable workflows.
  • Deliver excellence: Produce clear, high-quality client analyses that drive results.
  • Optimise processes: Pinpoint inefficiencies—manual tasks, unstable steps, or error-prone areas—and propose solutions.
  • Innovate boldly: Design and test improvements, from writing clear Standard Operating Procedures to streamlining workflows with no-code tools or collaborating with developers on code enhancements.
  • Track your impact: Measure and share the benefits of your changes, like time saved or errors reduced.
  • Build alignment: Partner with technical and non-technical teammates to create scalable solutions.
  • Empower the team: Document processes in internal wikis to ensure seamless report execution by all.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, analytics, business intelligence, or delivery in a tech environment.
  • Data-savvy: Comfortable handling data and files with ease.
  • Process-driven: You value clarity, repeatability, and thorough documentation to maximise impact.
  • Strong communicator: Exceptional written and verbal skills to inspire and align teams.
  • Curious & proactive: Self-motivated, eager to propose changes, and excited to learn.
  • Bonus: Experience in a startup or data-intensive role is a plus!
