The Role

Moasure is an award-winning technology company transforming how professionals measure space. Our patented motion-based measuring tool is the first of its kind — trusted by thousands of outdoor trade professionals across more than 150 countries.

As we continue to grow rapidly, we’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to take ownership of procurement, forecasting, global logistics, and our 3PL partnerships. This is a key senior role reporting to our Co-CEO and working closely with both our CFO and Engineering Manager.

You’ll provide leadership and structure across our supply chain, ensuring that components flow smoothly through our production partners and products are delivered on time to customers worldwide. You’ll also line-manage our Supply Chain Coordinator, who supports many day-to-day logistics and procurement tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate global logistics from our two production locations to five 3PL warehouses
  • Manage relationships with 3PL partners responsible for global fulfilment and liaise with production partners in the UK and China
  • Own the procurement process of strategic components for our production / manufacturing partners
  • Manage demand forecasting in collaboration with the CFO
  • Work with the Engineering Manager to align procurement with production schedules
  • Identify and drive improvements in planning, supply chain processes, cost efficiency and working capital
  • Provide clear leadership across the business whilst supporting the growth and development of the Supply Chain Coordinator

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in operations, procurement, or supply chain management
  • Experience managing 3PL providers and international shipping logistics
  • Experience in electronics or consumer tech manufacturing
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working with data and forecasts to inform planning
  • Experience leading or mentoring team members

Desirable

  • Background in a high-growth, product-focused company
  • Familiarity with supply chain or inventory software and an understanding of e-commerce platform Shopify
  • Exposure to international suppliers or production partners
