This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to deliver orthopaedic services between Trauma and Orthopaedics and ESDOS (Early Supported Discharge Orthopaedic Service).
The post holder will work and rotate within the inpatient Trauma and Orthopaedic team and the ESDOS community team at Stoke Mandeville Hospital.
We value integrated team working and strive for best clinical practice. You will have opportunities to develop your skills in trauma and orthopaedic patient management, supported by our band 7 Advanced Physiotherapists.
We support evidence-based practice, supervision, appraisal, and postgraduate education.
Applicants will be expected to participate in emergency on-call and weekend rotas; previous experience in respiratory or intensive care is essential.
Assess and treat patients with complex needs, providing advice and guidance to health/social care professionals, carers, relatives, and others.
Perform all clinical duties autonomously.
Contribute to professional and service development and organizational objectives.
