Director of Services
We are seeking an experienced Director of Services to join our Senior Management Team, providing strategic leadership and deputising for the CEO as needed.
You will oversee the charity's client-facing service delivery operations, including Information, Advice and Advocacy, and Hospital and Community support services.

As Director of Services, you will manage services including Hospital support (A&E, discharge, falls prevention), community activities (groups, befriending), and information services (benefits, housing, advocacy). You will ensure contractual and grant targets are met, maintaining high-quality standards with impact measurement and feedback systems.
You will be a key member of our SMT, contributing to our 5-year strategy, business planning, and budget processes. You will manage external partnerships and influence local health and social care agendas, working with a skilled team in a positive environment.
