As a Front of House Assistant, you’ll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, handling guest inquiries and requests, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process, and responding to guests via phone, email, and social media.
Set in 3 acres of gardens on a spur dividing the two sandy beaches of Paignton and Preston, this traditional seafront hotel was built in 1856. It’s a 6-minute walk from Paignton Pier and 3 miles from Torquay. This iconic property provides a great base for exploring the English Riviera and the Jurassic Coast.
The Redcliffe has 70 ensuite rooms, indoor and outdoor pools, a fitness suite, and two seaside restaurants. It features unique elements, including direct access to the beach via a tunnel.
Over the coming months, an extensive redevelopment program is underway to transform The Redcliffe into an opulent and luxurious place to stay.
