As a Front of House Assistant, you’ll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, handling guest inquiries and requests, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process, and responding to guests via phone, email, and social media.
Set in 3 acres of gardens, this traditional seafront hotel was built in 1856 and is situated between the sandy beaches of Paignton and Preston. It’s a 6-minute walk from Paignton Pier and 3 miles from Torquay. This iconic property offers a great base for exploring the English Riviera and the Jurassic Coast.
