Role Summary

We’re hiring a Brand Manager to build and execute campaigns that drive awareness, relevance and loyalty — particularly among a younger, more lifestyle-oriented audience.

You’ll lead creative storytelling across social, partnerships and campaigns, while ensuring consistent and impactful brand execution across retail, digital and experiential. This role sits at the heart of our journey to become a consumer-first, future-facing brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead brand campaign strategy and execution across seasonal launches, evergreen platforms, and product moments
  • Manage the marketing mix across multiple channels creating dynamic marketing plans, building brand equity.
  • Work closely with the product team to market our innovative product range and create compelling narratives.
  • Own the brand calendar, working across Product, Sales, NPD and Design
  • Brief and manage creative content production (internal and external)
  • Deliver brand toolkits and campaign assets for internal and partner use
  • Activate marketing support for key retailers and online partners
  • Work with the social team to deliver world class engaging content
  • Work with Commercial Director to define brand architecture, tone of voice and visual identity evolution
  • Utilise generative AI tools for rapid content creation and copywriting
  • Track performance and engagement across brand platforms, using insights to optimise future activations
  • Communicate to the wider company about all the exciting initiatives the brand is involved with.

Candidate Profile

You live and breathe brands — not just in theory, but in execution. You’re a strong communicator, collaborative by nature, and creative with commercial instincts. You’re excited to build something lasting.

Experience & Skills Required

  • 4+ years in brand marketing, within sport, lifestyle, fashion or FMCG
  • Good balance of sound strategic planning and campaign execution
  • Strong creative briefing, brand storytelling and campaign delivery experience
  • Hands-on experience managing influencer, ambassador, or athlete programmes
  • Experience activating brand partnerships across channels (retail, digital, events)
  • Comfortable working with designers, content creators and performance marketers
  • Familiar with marketing tech tools and generative AI for content development
  • AI user
  • Data-aware — you use insight to sharpen messaging, not just report results.
  • A good knowledge of darts would be advantageous
