Reporting to the Senior Property Manager, we are looking to recruit a Property Manager on a permanent basis. Based in Edinburgh, you will act as the first point of contact for all customer enquiries and complaints relating to the customer and the property, ensuring the highest level of service to both internal and external clients.
Your role will involve managing and collaborating with other internal teams to ensure that all new properties are uploaded onto the system and that all information, including diaries and documents, are accurately recorded.
The essential criteria for this role include Property Management experience, strong written and verbal communication skills, and good attention to detail.
