Kitchen Manager

We're seeking a skilled Kitchen Manager or Kitchen Team Leader ready to advance their career. In this leadership role, you'll influence our kitchen operations, uphold high standards, and support the development of our kitchen team at Cheshire Cheese.

As Kitchen Manager, you will:

• Support, coach, and mentor your team at Cheshire Cheese
• Maintain high standards of food knowledge and skill
• Ensure up-to-date COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, and legal compliance

Key responsibilities include:

• Hiring and onboarding new team members inclusively
• Leading and developing your kitchen team with ongoing training opportunities
• Maintaining kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
• Managing the kitchen schedule to meet staffing and labour targets
• Conducting stock checks for cost management and performance goals
• Fostering strong relationships between kitchen and front-of-house to drive sales and growth
