We’re now looking for a Kitchen Manager to lead our flagship site in Mayfair — someone from a branded restaurant background who thrives in a well-run kitchen and knows how to lead a team with both heart and discipline.

  • Leading and developing a reliable, motivated BOH team
  • Ensuring food quality, consistency, hygiene and compliance are always on point
  • Managing stock, ordering and GP with confidence and care
  • Working closely with the GM and group leadership to drive standards and evolve the brand
