Job Title: Kitchen Manager / Kitchen Team Leader

We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Manager or Kitchen Team Leader to join Green Man. In this leadership position, you will play a key role in shaping our kitchen operations, maintaining high standards, and supporting the development of our kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support, coach, and mentor the kitchen team.
2. Maintain high standards of food knowledge and skills.
3. Ensure up-to-date COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, and legal compliance.
4. Hire and onboard new team members in an inclusive manner.
5. Lead, guide, and develop the kitchen team with ongoing training opportunities.
6. Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
7. Manage staffing schedules to ensure efficiency and meet labour targets.
8. Conduct stock checks to control costs and meet performance goals.
9. Foster strong relationships between kitchen and front-of-house teams to increase sales and growth.
