Position: Business Process and Analysis, Senior Manager
We are looking for an experienced Business Process and Analysis Manager to lead the engagement activities for Business Analysis, Requirements gathering and definition, and Process Design. This role will lead a team of Business Analysts and Process Analysts, who will be focused on capturing the business requirements from various stakeholders and documenting the detailed requirements, process flows and change impacts to support the transformation initiatives. They will capture the business requirements for programs, in conjunction with the subject matter experts, identify the impacts of the change and develop appropriate recommendations to manage/address the impacts.
