Role Summary

The Solution Onboarding Cross-functional TOM Lead supports the solution onboarding program across all KDN functions (Audit, Tax, Advisory). It involves aligning with KDN leadership, central teams, and delivery centers on onboarding priorities. The role's responsibilities include driving the requirements gathering phase for solutions and developing a Target Operating Model (TOM) Blueprint aligned with KDN strategy for new solutions. The focus is on drafting and refining a repeatable methodology with supporting documentation/assets to drive the TOM Blueprint, implementing, and tracking KPIs on the onboarding process, and identifying, validating, and implementing process improvements to streamline onboarding.

How you will make your mark

  • Act as a subject matter expert on the Target Operating Model (TOM) framework for all solutions
  • Lead the design of the TOM, ensuring scalability and alignment with KDN’s goals
  • Liaise with multiple stakeholders, including GDC Transformation, HR, and Technology teams
  • Develop detailed implementation plans for new processes, technology, organizational structures, and performance measures
  • Guide the implementation of the TOM, managing timelines, resources, and budgets
  • Communicate progress and achievements of the TOM implementation to stakeholders

This is the job for you if you have

  • Professional experience leading transformation programs in Fortune 500 companies aligned with business objectives
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university; Master's or advanced degree preferred
  • Experience in deploying Global Delivery Models such as Business Services, Captive Shared Services, COEs
  • Proven experience in organizational strategy, high-performing team building, and value creation through execution
  • Strategic thinking to drive discussions in a matrixed organization
  • Ability to structure, articulate, and lead presentations translating data into business plans
  • Strategic thinking in complex situations
  • Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and advocacy skills
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Experience collaborating across functions and communicating effectively at all levels
  • Knowledge of project management frameworks, including risk management, project planning, and budgeting
