How you'll make an impact

You will coordinate activities with Account Managers, Account Executives, Producers, and Brokers to service a designated book of business related to marketing, claims, administration, renewals, and sales. Typically, you'll handle clients with complex needs, without renewal goals for assigned accounts. You will provide support to your clients independently, resolve complex customer service issues requiring research and interactions with carriers or agents, and maintain client contact logs. Your responsibilities include marketing new and renewal accounts, researching and preparing for client presentations, developing new business lines with existing clients, informing clients of legal updates, preparing renewals, and conducting enrollment meetings and implementation procedures.

About You

Requirements: High School Diploma/GED and 3+ years of relevant experience. Preferred: Relevant insurance license. Behaviors: Understanding of the insurance brokerage business and customer service processes/tasks.
