Job description

Join a longstanding public sector organisation known for its commitment to excellence and innovation. Currently in a review phase, they seek a temporary HR Partner / Project Specialist for 3 months to assess current practices, suggest improvements, and support upcoming initiatives.

Key focus areas include EDI, digitisation, HR system upgrades, engagement, AI, sustainability, and upskilling management related to Complex ER Processes.

Your New Role

As HR Partner, you will evaluate current operations, implement improvements, and drive positive change. The ideal candidate has a generalist HR background, experience providing strategic advice to managers and leaders, and a coaching style that fosters development across projects. An understanding of public sector governance is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assess the business and provide hands-on support.
• Lead and support HR projects such as EDI initiatives, digital system implementations, and AI integration.
• Act as a liaison between the service centre and HR partners for effective communication.
• Analyze staff survey results and recommend new ways of working.
• Provide coaching and HR process advice to managers and leaders.
• Support the service centre with complex queries and policy translation.
