Responsibilities
- Strategic
- Understand Business and Human Capital Strategy, define HR KPIs, and components of the HR Strategy for the Factory.
- Align the Organizational Structure with the Standard Structure.
- Define the Talent Management Strategy, develop, and implement the Rewards Plan.
- Consult individually and collectively on matters requiring change, in accordance with Union Plant Agreement.
Budget
- Develop the Budget for the Calendar Year (AOP/ZBB) and control it monthly.
- Oversee spending related to people packages within your control area.
- Partner with manufacturing heads to minimize costs and optimize efficiency.
Recruitment & Selection
- Collaborate with Central Talent Acquisition in recruitment and onboarding strategies.
- Hire suitable candidates aligned with company culture and skills requirements.
Learning and Development
- Identify development gaps, propose training solutions, and support business needs through Skill Matrix and Functional Training Programs.
- Design and deliver employee development programs as needed.
Engagement
- Identify work environment gaps, develop action plans, ensure effective communication, and motivate staff.
- Manage processes like Ideas & Action Program, Communication Plans, People Steering, and exit interviews focusing on KPIs like absenteeism and turnover.
Employee Services
- Handle Employee Relations, Labour Relations, Communications, Discipline, Grievance Management, Medical Capabilities, etc.
- Negotiate and maintain relationships with councils and unions.
Continuous Improvement
- Implement new projects at global, zone, and local levels.
- Standardize internal HR processes to enhance efficiency.
- Lead People Pathways through KHMS.
- Enhance visual management and digitalize key HR metrics.
Data Analysis
- Identify trends using data-driven metrics and tools to align people strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
- Proven experience as a Generalist
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle pressure
- Conflict management skills
- Influential communication skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages (Dutch preferred) are advantageous
