This position reports to

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead internal communications for the Electrification Global Smart Buildings (ELSB) division. Working closely with the ELSB Management Team, this role gives you a great playground to launch employee campaigns, helping the organization tell our SB unified story under the new operating model. This role resides in the global team that functions in an agile way so it will also allow you to get exposure in business communications for the B2B and B2C global market within the scope of product communications, campaigns, digital communication tools, M&A, external communications and special projects. The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite You will be mainly accountable for: • For developing and implementing the annual internal communications plan according to the division strategy. Responsible for developing and implementing high quality internal communication plans to support the ongoing business priorities • Creates, coordinates and implements the annual internal editorial calendar according to the division strategy and tactical business needs in line with the overall division direction. Process owner for input collection, writing, editing, and approval process for all internal communications content such as articles/stories, interviews and scripts, videos, news and other initiatives • Provides communications advice and support to our internal stakeholders. Identifies, interacts with, and guides relevant stakeholders to maximize the effectiveness of internal communication initiatives • Defines, develops and manages relevant internal communication channels to ensure effective messaging and to maximize communication coverage. Innovation leader for internal communication processes and channels • Develops and monitors relevant KPIs to track the effectiveness of the implemented tactics and channels and to drive continuous improvement • Ensures compliance to Electrification directives and instructions related to internal communications. Engages and collaborates with regions/countries for regional/country specific internal communications (e.g. internal announcements, global internal campaigns, etc.)

Qualifications for the role

  • Bachelor's degree in communications
  • Sound communications experience +10 years of experience, with at least 3 years in internal communications.
  • Strong, independent performer, self-driven, effective networker. Self-motivated with strong capability for independent direction and decision-making
  • Proven performance in developing and delivering internal communications plans in a multinational environment - with high focus on blue-collar communications
  • Excellent writing English skills - clear ability to write an article or management letter with a short briefing in a couple of hours. A writing exercise will be part of the recruitment process
  • Strategic thinking and planning - able to manage several projects in parallel
  • Ability to engage and work with a range of senior business leaders and stakeholders
  • Significant experience in cross-functional, international collaboration, with demonstrated intercultural sensitivity
  • Creative and think- out of the box mentality
  • Experience and analytical competence with communication metrics, measurement and KPIs
  • Open-minded, autonomous and ready to explore new things and challenges every day
  • Ability to express technically complex content in easy-to-understand way
