Job description

Job Description

Responsibility:

1. Responsible for the analysis and definition of the business and system requirements, recommends solutions to improve the clients’ business processes.

2. Communicates business requirements and recommended solutions clearly to the project manager and client.

3. Ensures that business requirements are controlled in accordance with the agreed project scope.

4. Obtain expert knowledge of company products and services.

5. Support discovery sessions to understand the client’s fund structure, workflow mapping, scope of work and bespoke requirements.

6. Delegate tasks among staff members to maintain workplace productivity.

7. Track and report progress of implementation projects to internal and external stakeholders.

8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successfully resolution of system integration.

Qualification:

  1. Good communication skills, especially fact-based arguments and presentation skills.
  2. English Communication skills.
  3. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  4. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  5. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  6. Proven process knowledge and experience in system and solution design.
  7. Preferably product management background.
  8. Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus.
  9. TMC industry background.
