NHS Property Services Ltd is seeking a Policy & Process Co-Ordinator to support the development of policies and processes. This role involves managing information, creating SharePoint pages, and producing reports. NHS Property Services (NHSPS) is dedicated to enabling excellent patient care by serving as a trusted property advisor to the NHS. We are committed to providing the best estate solutions, ensuring that our healthcare facilities are optimised for efficiency and effectiveness.
We proudly manage a diverse portfolio of 2,700 properties across England, catering to the needs of 6,300 customers. This extensive portfolio represents approximately 10% of the total NHS estate. Our properties range from historic listed buildings to state-of-the-art integrated care centres, encompassing hospitals, GP practices, and administrative offices.
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Policy & Process Co-Ordinator, this role will be flexible working from home, however you can also visit any of our local hubs.
This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract, working 37.5 hours per week, with flexible starting times. This can be discussed at interview stage.
About the role:
This role provides effective and efficient coordination to support the Policy and Process team to develop, maintain and improve robust policies, end to end processes, and best practice methodologies to support Delivery colleagues.
The role holder will be skilled in the management of information and have a flair for producing reports and presentations that are clear and helpful.
An important part of this role will involve the design and publication of SharePoint pages which carry vital information and guidance aimed at supporting our internal customers with key knowledge and guidance they need to undertake their roles effectively.
Therefore, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their ability to design, own, publish and manage SharePoint pages.
The successful candidate will ideally be familiar with Microsoft Visio Microsoft Visio and will be experienced in publishing process maps to NHSPS conventions. They will need to be confident in engaging with colleagues to understand current and future end to end business processes for this purpose.
The role provides an excellent opportunity for a colleague to transfer their skills into an environment where they can develop a broad understanding of FM and property management.
