A leading company is seeking a Service Process Coordinator to manage servicing activities and resolve complex issues. This hybrid role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Candidates should have relevant experience in loan servicing and be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
The Service Process Coordinator 4 performs moderately complex and varied assignments, primarily impacting the quality of execution. Works with limited supervision and may service a broad range of products/services. Demonstrates technical and administrative expertise, applying specialized skills and basic knowledge of professional/technical principles. Understands team dynamics and how duties relate within the unit, exchanging moderately complex information and handling occasional awkward contacts. Requires basic organizational knowledge and applies research, analysis, and judgment based on practice and precedence.
This role is a hybrid position, working Monday to Friday from 7 am to 3:30 pm CST.
