Job Description:

The Service Process Coordinator 4 performs moderately complex and varied assignments, primarily impacting the quality of execution. Works with limited supervision and may service a broad range of products/services. Demonstrates technical and administrative expertise, applying specialized skills and basic knowledge of professional/technical principles. Understands team dynamics and how duties relate within the unit, exchanging moderately complex information and handling occasional awkward contacts. Requires basic organizational knowledge and applies research, analysis, and judgment based on practice and precedence.

Responsibilities:
  • Organizes, records, and services the output of various servicing activities, interacting with internal and external customers as needed.
  • Resolves complex issues and performs servicing activities under limited supervision.
  • Works on complex projects and occasionally mentors lower-level processors.
  • Reconciles accounts and performs reapplication/re-amortization functions.
  • Supports a wide array of products/services with demonstrated technical and administrative expertise.
  • Assesses risks appropriately when making business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and ethical standards. Escalates and reports control issues transparently.
Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in loan servicing/processing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to sit at a computer for most of an 8-hour shift.
  • Physical ability to maneuver 30 lb. banker’s boxes and push/pull loaded carts.
  • Experience with processing and understanding organizational and departmental policies, including basic knowledge of state and regulatory investor guidelines.
Education:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.

This role is a hybrid position, working Monday to Friday from 7 am to 3:30 pm CST.
