Key Responsibilities

As a P3M Consultant (Project Controller), you will support clients in delivering key outputs and capabilities, working with government bodies, international institutions, and prime contractors. Your role involves sharing accurate KPI data to facilitate informed decision-making for successful project delivery.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
  • Proven experience in project, programme, or portfolio management roles
  • Degree or equivalent qualification, with relevant professional certifications (e.g., ChPP, PMQ, PPQ, PRINCE2, MSP)
  • Track record of monitoring projects for time, cost, and quality
  • Experience in the defence sector or military background
  • Ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively
  • Experience in supporting bid processes (PQQ/ITT/ITN)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and report-writing skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Willingness to travel within the UK, mainly South and South-West regions
  • Membership of a professional body (e.g., APM, PMI) and commitment to professional development
  • Experience in consultancy or government client environments
  • Knowledge of Scheduling and Planning tools (Microsoft Project, Primavera)
  • Experience in Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) and Risk Management (MoR, ERM)
  • Experience applying Earned Value Management (EVM)
Additional Requirements
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Ability to undergo BPSS check and Security Clearance (SC level)
  • Minimum 5 years’ UK residency for SC clearance
