As our Civil and Structural team continues to grow at the heart of BakerHicks’ power division, we’re looking for an ambitious Principal Engineer to help deliver large-scale, high-impact projects in the power sector.

What we’re looking for
Chartered Civil or Structural Engineer (CEng MICE / MIStructE)
Background in infrastructure design and project delivery, ideally in the power sector
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing delivery against budget, schedule, and quality standards
Skilled communicator, confident engaging with clients and internal teams
Passion for mentoring junior staff
UK driving licence and relevant engineering qualification (degree, HNC or HND)
Your impact

Manage project resources, schedules, and budgets
Ensure compliance with technical standards and business systems
