The difference you will make as a Sustainability Investment Manager

As a Sustainability Investment Manager, you will develop and implement a decarbonisation programme aimed at achieving EPC Band C in Riverside Group Homes by 2030 and Net Zero Carbon by 2050. You will ensure the group has a comprehensive understanding of current and projected sustainability performance through continuous data improvement. You will seek funding opportunities to maximize investment in our stock and develop processes for managing sustainability assets to benefit our customers.

About you

We are looking for someone who has:

• Knowledge of developing and delivering energy efficiency action plans using large, complex data sets, identifying anomalies, and proposing solutions.
• Adept at working in a customer-focused environment, engaging with customers and colleagues, and providing advice and support regarding energy efficiency works and financial models.
• Understanding of risk management, property management, and property-related compliance requirements.
