Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with leadership to deliver strategic people plans aligned with organisational goals
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance, change management, and workforce planning
  • Lead initiatives across resourcing, talent management, pay and reward, and employee engagement
  • Use data and insights to influence decisions and measure impact across key HR metrics
  • Coach and mentor team members and stakeholders to build a high-performing culture
