Position:

We are looking for a Customer Services Adviser to join our team.

Role Responsibilities:

• Building management, Financial, Marketing & Promotion, Service provision, Compliance, and other duties as required by the Management team

Ideal Candidate:

• Has previous customer service experience
• Seeks to expand skills and build a career in the industry

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

• Provide cheerful reception service to all students and visitors
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers and colleagues

• Passion for customer care and sensitivity to students’ needs
• Experience in a customer-facing environment
• Experience with Health & Safety practices in line with legislation
• Good IT skills (MS Word, Excel, and adaptability to new management systems)
• Flexibility in working hours
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or student services, ideally in accommodation
