Job Opportunity at Kingfishers, New Milton

Pay Rate: From £12.21 per hour up to £14.53, for 24 hours per week.

Bonus: £1000 welcome bonus if successful in this role!

Typical Day

You'll coordinate activities such as musical events, group singing, acting, garden games, trips, quizzes, and incorporate your own flair. Support work within the community includes inviting residents to coffee mornings, fayres, and functions, helping make these events successful. Seeing residents' positive reactions is very rewarding.

Shifts are early and late on a rota basis, including alternate weekends.

What We're Looking For

Our residents' well-being is paramount. We seek team players with a caring, patient attitude, confident in group and one-to-one activities. Backgrounds in theatre, music, or performance are highly valued. A relevant qualification may attract higher pay.
