Job description

From £12.21 per hour up to £14.53, 38 hours per week at Aldbury in Poole, Dorset.

What would your day look like?

Every day, we offer a variety of activities for our residents. You would coordinate activities such as musical events, group singing, acting, garden games, minibus trips, quizzes, and incorporate your own flair!

Support work within the community, inviting residents to coffee mornings, fairs, and functions to help make these events successful. Seeing our residents' positive reactions is incredibly rewarding!

You will work early and late shifts on a rota basis, including alternate weekends.

What We're Looking For

Our residents' well-being is paramount. We seek team players with caring and patient attitudes who feel confident in front of groups and during one-to-one activities.

If you have a background in theatre, music, or performance, this could be the perfect role for you.

The higher pay rate applies if you hold relevant qualifications for this position.
