• Shape and own the client insight strategy to transform firm growth and client engagement

• Collaborate with teams across the business to implement advanced tools and streamline reporting
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of analysts to deliver impactful insights

The Ideal Candidate

You are passionate about data with a strategic mindset and storytelling ability through numbers. Confident, collaborative, and commercial, you excel at presenting to senior leaders and making a significant impact in a fast-paced professional services environment.

• Proficient in Power BI, SQL, Python, and experienced with CRM and marketing platforms like Microsoft Dynamics and HubSpot
• Deep understanding of digital marketing channels – SEO, PPC, social media, email – and success metrics
• Skilled at translating complex data into clear, actionable insights with inspiring recommendations
• Natural leader and communicator comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and managing multiple projects
