Kirklees Council's Fairfield School in Dewsbury is seeking an Educational Teaching Assistant to support learners with complex learning needs.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with children/young people in a school environment is essential.
• Experience of working with pupils who have complex or profound and multiple learning difficulties would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support learning and welfare of pupils in the classroom.
• Assist with classroom routines and activities to support progress.
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff to create a calm, inclusive environment.
