About the Role
As an Educational Support Worker, you’ll help students behave well and keep the classroom calm and safe. You will support students to focus on their work and help them when they find things hard. You will work with teachers to make lessons easier to understand and give extra help when needed. With your kindness and patience, you’ll help students feel more confident and make the classroom a friendly place for everyone.
