Swindon Academy is seeking an Educational Support Assistant - Admissions to support SLT and manage admissions communications with Swindon Borough Council and parents. 32.5 hours per week, Mon to Fri, term time plus 2 weeks in summer holidays.
The role includes confidential PA duties to the Principal or Secondary Head Teacher, handling admissions inquiries, managing year 7 and reception admissions, and ensuring policy and FoI requests are up to date. DBS disclosure required.

Salary: £26,962 - £27,962 FTE per annum (actual £21,196 - £21,982) increasing to maximum of £28,962 FTE per annum (actual £22,768) after 6 months in role & successful probation sign off.

Swindon Academy is looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic individual who will provide admin assistance to the academy SLT teams. In addition to providing SLT admin support you will be responsible for the following areas under the direction and leadership of the Educational Support Officer and work as a Team to ensure that all areas are supported as necessary.
