Job summary

Ealing Council is seeking an Educational Psychologist to join the Educational Psychology Service in a Soulbury Scale A5-A10 role. The post offers hybrid working, an Inner London Allowance, and an incentive payment of £3,000 at start.

You will contribute to SEND reform, collaboration with schools and partner agencies, and development of inclusive practice across the borough. Open to qualified Psychologists registered with the HCPC or Trainee Psychologists completing their doctorate this year,

Qualifications

• Qualified Educational Psychologist registered with HCPC, or a Trainee due to complete your doctorate this year.
• Commitment to inclusion and partnership working.
• Ability to work in hybrid, collaborative teams across schools and services.

Responsibilities

• Apply psychology to improve outcomes for children and young people.
• Support inclusive practice and early intervention.
• Work collaboratively with schools, families and partner agencies.
• Contribute to service development and innovation.
• Influence strategic SEND developments across the borough.
• Support Ealing's SEND Improvement and Reform Programme.
