EPs have opportunities to contribute to existing projects and services, as well as develop new initiatives and specialist areas that reflect their interests and expertise.

• Virtual School and support for children in care
• Youth Justice
• Primary Behaviour Support
• Mental Health Support Teams
• CAMHS neurodevelopmental pathways
• Autism and neurodiversity services
• School Admissions
• Emotional literacy and wellbeing
• Support for children and young people experiencing barriers to school attendance

You'll also have your own school patch, giving you the opportunity to develop trusted, long-term relationships with schools and work collaboratively to improve outcomes for children and young people.

The role involves visiting schools and settings across the borough and, where required, outside the borough, alongside hybrid working from a well-appointed central office base.
