Job summary

London Borough of Hounslow is seeking Educational Psychologists to join a growing multidisciplinary service. You will work across schools to deliver integrated, preventative approaches, contribute to assessment and training, and shape early intervention at scale.

The role supports the voice of children and young people and offers hybrid working with strong supervision and development opportunities. We welcome HCPC registered EPs or Year 3 Trainee applicants, with DBS clearance.

Qualifications

• HCPC registered or eligible for Year 3 Trainee EP.
• Eligible for enhanced DBS.
• Strong grounding in psychological theory and practice.
• Committed to inclusion, equity and early intervention.
• Enjoy collaborative and multi-disciplinary working.
• Motivated to contribute to service development and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Apply psychological theory to support inclusion in schools.
• Collaborate with schools to develop early intervention approaches.
• Contribute to assessment, consultation, training, and service development.
• Build partnerships with families, schools and multi-agency colleagues.
• Keep the voice of children and young people at the centre of practice.
