Job summary

Bedford Borough Council’s Educational Psychology Service is expanding under the Experts at Hand programme, seeking Educational Psychologists to support children, families and schools. The team collaborates with schools with high demand, offers supervision, and supports training and service development in a flexible hybrid setup.

We welcome newly qualified EPs, experienced EPs, or Associate EPs seeking flexible work.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration or eligibility is required.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work with schools, families and multi-agency partners.

Responsibilities

• Engage in consultation, training, organisational development, research and strategic SEND projects.
• Provide psychological expertise across individual, group, systemic and strategic levels.
• Contribute to service development and training initiatives.
