Job summary

Oxford Natural Healthcare Professionals is seeking an Educational Psychologist to shape inclusive practice across schools in the Kirklees area. You will deliver high-quality educational psychology services, supporting pupils, families, school leaders, SENCOs, and staff teams.

Your remit includes consultation, assessment, training, intervention, and strategic development to strengthen inclusion and improve outcomes for children with SEND.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Educational Psychology (or equivalent accredited qualification).
• BPS Accreditation: the doctorate course must be accredited by the British Psychological Society.
• HCPC registration is required.

We are seeking a dedicated Educational Psychologist to play a key role in shaping inclusive practice across schools in the Kirklees area. You will deliver high‑quality educational psychology services, supporting pupils, families, school leaders, SENCOs, and staff teams. Through consultation, assessment, training, intervention, and strategic development work, you will help strengthen inclusive culture and improve outcomes for children and young people, particularly those with SEND and additional vulnerabilities.
