Job Title: Educational Psychologist
Banding: Equivalent to Band 8a
Location: Greater Manchester (hybrid working across home, schools, and regional offices)
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, term-time only (approx. 41 weeks per year)
Salary: £63,372 FTE (approx. £57,738 pro rata)

Responsibilities

As an Educational Psychologist, your role will be central to improving outcomes for children and young people with SEND. You will:

  • Collaborate with education staff to co-develop strategies that remove barriers to learning
  • Deliver training and consultation to internal and external stakeholders
  • Supervise and support Assistant Psychologists and trainees

  • Work as part of a wider clinical team, engaging in supervision and CPD
  • Term-time only working (approx. 41 weeks per year)

Qualifications and Experience
